Gloria McQueen Stockstill has authored four re-told children’s story books; To the Town of Bethlehem, The Blind Man by the Road, Jesus Rose on Easter Morn and The Basket in the River, English and Spanish. Her stories and articles have appeared in Focus on the Family’s Clubhouse Jr. Magazine and other publications. She has also been a curriculum writer for a Christian school.
Gloria’s has also written for adults. Her devotional book is titled Stretch Marks: Devotions for the Not-So-Perfect Women and she has co-authored several ministry-oriented books and seminars with her husband, several of which have been presented throughout the world. She has conducted small-group presentations and retreats for various churches and led state and national conferences for the Southern Baptist Convention for which she was a five-year member of the National Advisory Committee of Women in Evangelism. She has written several dramas which have been performed in churches.
Gloria has two grown children and six grandchildren.
