Forgetful People Have Less Time In Their Day!

People who aren't forgetful have so many more hours in their day!
Okay, I know we all have 24 hours. But, people who aren’t forgetful are able to get so much more done than forgetful people are.

Think about it.

Forgetful people can spend thirty minutes looking for their purse before they go to the grocery store. Non-forgetful people just pick up their purse and walk out the door.

Forgetful people have to tack on another fifteen minutes looking for the car keys that they left in their purse, which they can’t find. Non-forgetful people never lose their purse, or their keys.

Forgetful people, once they do get to the store, spend another fifteen minutes going back to their car to try and find their list they made for their shopping trip. Non-forgetful people know exactly where there list is and maneuver through the grocery store in record time.

Do you see what I mean? In just these few incidents, forgetful people have already knocked off an hour of their productive time.

That’s only the beginning! Let’s not discuss, while getting dressed, having to look for shoes or clothing objects.  Then, there’s forgetting a key ingredient in what you are planning for dinner and having to go back to the store again. Or, looking twenty minutes for the milk you KNOW you bought at the store only to realize you put it in the pantry instead of the refrigerator.

I rest my case.

Have you been complaining to God that you just don’t have enough time to get things done? Stop complaining. It could be worse. You could also be forgetful!

Actually, we should be thanking God for all the time we have and let Him know we are going to use the hours we have (forgetful or not) to honor and glorify Him in all we do. That will be time well spent!

Hoping my hours are used to glorify God, Gloria

Tina, I've been less forgetful this week. Only lost my purse twice!
