Saggy Baggy Elephant? I Hope Not!

I have a dilemma. They say your skin sags when you lose weight. So, do I keep the weight and fool everybody into thinking I'm not as old as I am or do I lose the weight and get healthier but look like a saggy baggy elephant (albeit, a smaller elephant?)

We all know the right answer, don't we. But, I did take pause before deciding to get the weight off. Silly, huh. Why would I let a few sags (okay QUITE A FEW sags) keep me from doing what is good for my health. I may not look so great but I surely will feel better!

Why would I keep sins in my life that I know are harmful to me instead of shedding them? I know I will be a healthier Christian if I do. What keeps me from doing what I know is best for me? I guess the spiritual realm has its delimma's too!

I'm going to have to make a decision about weight loss so I can become a healthier person. I will also have to make a decision about ridding my life of sin and being a healthier Christian. I hope I win on both counts.

Hoping to be healthier spiritually and physically, Gloria

I agree. I am also striving with such a dilemma. It is easy to know when one is sinning, yet it takes that extra step to get on that spiritual treadmill and work on moving away from it. I shall pray for you in your efforts as I pray for myself in mine.

Dear Anonymous, I'm sorry, but somehow I missed this post. Better late than never, right? Thank you for praying for me. I will pray for you, also!
