De-Stress Your Life

Do you have days when you just feel like crying? You can't put your finger on why. It just kind of builds up inside you. It doesn't take much to make the tears flow, an unkind word, a sad movie, a beautiful story.

Am I the only one who feels that way at times? I hope not. I really would like to know there are others out there like me. No one likes to think they're strange!

Today is one of my "feel like crying" days. I think it's because I'm tired, overwhelmed, and "see no light at the end of the tunnel," as they say. What to do? I have the answer to that!

The Bible says, "Be still and know that I am God." I need a little "be still" time. And, I'm going to take it! As soon as this blog is completed, I'm going to kick up my feet and read a good book. The book? The Bible.

Even a few minutes of being still, spending time in God's Word and praying can de-stress your life.

I hope your life is not full of stress. But, if it is, take my advice. Be still!
